• Formspree — receives the form submission and notifies us at hello@primummd.com
• Cloudflare — hosts this website (Cloudflare Pages) and runs a private leads service (Cloudflare Worker + KV storage) so we can structure inbound inquiries for human follow-up
• Email — messages to or from hello@primummd.com / ronmcguire@primummd.com are processed by our email provider

We do not use the contact form to bind coverage or create a purchase obligation. A person at PrimumMD reviews inbound inquiries before any response.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with carriers, service providers (including Formspree and Cloudflare as described above), or professional advisors only as needed to respond to your inquiry, place coverage you request, operate our systems, or comply with law.

Retention

We retain inquiry and client-related information as needed for business, regulatory, and legal purposes. Structured web-lead records in our Cloudflare store are retained for a limited period (on the order of months) unless a longer record is required for an active client matter or legal obligation, then deleted or archived according to internal practice.

Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including HTTPS, access-controlled lead storage, and limiting who can pull inquiry data. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
